About Us 

QC Solutions was formed in 2003 to develop top of the line software for the mortgage industry. Management believed there was a better methodology to produce Quality Control Software that would save lenders time and money by being more user friendly and as paperless as possible. We first chose an all Microsoft platform and used .net and C# languages for the development of FullCircle® Software. We then decided that the database of choice was Microsoft SQL. We also wanted our software to comply with MISMO standards, and that is where we are today.

The dedicated team at QC Solutions took special effort to build FullCircle® so it performs more effectively and is extremely user friendly. Screens were designed to be more efficient, eliminating annoying and time consuming pop-ups that older programs contain. This modern design allows us to do a thorough training to industry professionals, on the correct usage of FullCircle® in just a few hours. Finally we consulted with successful industry professionals to develop the most sought after findings reports. These reports were blended in with our proprietary and user friendly Report Writer. We have a very user friendly Checklist Builder which allows you to import your own or new checklists into FullCircle® and a Query Wizard, which creates SQL statements for selecting complex loan criteria in minutes. Our built in Document Editor allows users to create or revise reverification documents that are built into the FullCircle® system. Bar codes are automatically placed on every Reverification Document and every Exception Memo for easy and automatic receiving and recording of these documents.
