What platform is FullCircle® built upon?

FullCircle® was built on an all Microsoft platform and is MISMO compatible.  The languages we chose to build FullCircle® are MS .net and C#. These languages have proven to have more flexibility in design, are speedier to use and are less prone to error messages and bugs.

What type of contract must I sign for the use of FullCircle®? 

Small users are protected, as we allow for a month-to-month contract cancellation. If you have no further need of the service, or are dissatisfied in any manner, you may terminate the service at any time.  There is never a long-term contract or commitment on your part. Larger users may select an unlimited usage license for a three or five year term.

What fees do you charge?

Our fees are extremely competitive. Heresay indicates that you can save greater than 50% off of competitors rates for transactional service. We are currently offering substantial unlimited use license discounts for current users of competitive services and for anyone signing for a license during the first half of year 2010.

How safe is my customer information?

All of your data is saved on your own server and is never compromised because of other users or "hackers". FullCircle® offers full security and user-control.  The administrator will assign certain permissions to users which could be terminated in seconds.

Does FullCircle® offer customer and technical support?

Yes! We have a 24-hour hot line for emergencies only. All other customer and technical services should be directed through our email support center, which we guarantee a response within a reasonable period of time.

Does FullCircle® contain all of the documentation required?

Yes.  FullCircle® comes with built-in checklists for Conventional, VA, FHA, and Reverse Mortgage use, and also contains all of the exceptions, ratings and re-verification documents you will ever need.  However, if you do find the need to change or modify any of these documents, it is an easy task within  FullCircle®.

Does FullCircle® contain all of the reports that I will need?

Yes.  FullCircle® provides 24 different Findings Reports.  These reports are up-dated periodically to keep up with industry requirements.

Is FullCircle® available as a web-based service?

FullCircle® currently is not available as web-based service.  Many users have expressed fear in sharing servers of any type, even though they are assured that there is great security. We are contemplating offering this service if we feel the demand warrants it.

Is there a minimum number of loans that we must originate in order to use FullCircle®?

There is no minimum number of loans that you must originate, however, it must make economic sense to you how you will perform your quality control requirements.  Certainly, if you are doing in-house quality control now, it would be advantageous to you to be using FullCircle®.  If you are currently outsourcing your quality control now, but your volume is growing, you will also need to consider using FullCircle®. 

Are there any other necessary features missing from FullCircle® that other quality control programs now offer?

No.  FullCircle® contains all of the necessary features that other programs contain and then some.  We even have some features that others do not have.

How long does it take to set up an audit using FullCircle®?

With FullCircle®, it should take no more than 5-10 minutes to fully set up an audit.  This would include uploading and verifying loans, selecting loans and establishing audit criteria. Of course, if you have to manually add any loans it would take a little longer.

How long does it take to order and print out Reverification Documents?

This is one of the special features of FullCircle®. If you had an audit containing 20 loans, with a total of 30 borrowers, and each borrower requiring 2 reverification letters, the total time required for an experienced operator would be less than 20 minutes.

What if I only have 4 or 5 loans per month to QC?

HUD allows you to, and, we offer Outsourcing Services for all of your QC needs through our affiliates, who are also users of FullCircle®.

If I want to start FullCircle® transactional service ASAP, how long does it take to get started?

We can have you up and running, including training within two days of your commitment.
